(“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses “Consumer Health Data” of residents in certain states, such as Washington, Nevada, and Connecticut, in accordance with applicable laws like the Washington My Health My Data Act and the Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Law (collectively, “Consumer Health Data Privacy Laws”).
