Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your Genie Stix all the way to your door.

Delivery times depend on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, holidays, or weather.

Subscription Orders

Genie Stix works best when taken consistently, which is why we offer a subscription option. When you subscribe, your order will automatically ship according to the delivery frequency you selected at checkout.

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account before your next billing date.

Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@geniestix.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify it.

Returns

Because Genie Stix is a consumable product, we are unable to accept returns of opened items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@geniestix.com and we’ll make it right. In some cases, we may request photos of the item or packaging to help resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Genie Stix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you need help navigating this process, our team is always happy to help.
